A total roof replacement to be completed in as soon as 3-years. Why a total replacement? It will actually be more cost effective and eliminate potential issues in matching materials if the project is pieced out in sections.

THE COST

The project has currently been estimated at $75,000.

“Someone’s sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago.” -- With each passing wind or rain event, fallen shingles can be found around the church property … a sure sign that the current roof will need attention in the next three to five years. Though it’s too soon in the process to request formal bids, the project has currently been estimated at $75,000. The prudent course of action is to start saving for this “rainy day” now.

Then, moving forward, as you plan your giving, please consider an additional amount that you designate towards our congregation's building fund. When using the offering envelope, you can use the “SPECIAL” line (at the bottom above the name line). Any other methods may require a comment or a notation to make sure it is categorized properly.
